Advantage

Uses a unique epoxy resin formulation that has been developed for use in waterproof busways. The resin is mixed in a sealed vacuum to ensure consistent quality, uniform distribution of the mixture, and no air voids.
Under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure, the material in the mold will gradually solidify. After curing, the resulting insulated busway is compact, void-free, with low internal stress and a smooth outer surface.
IEC61439-compliant feeder busways are available with protection ratings up to IP68.
The degree of protection provided by the housing. IP68 design allows the product to work for a period of time in water or laid in a cable duct.
The copper conductors are processed by a polishing saw process, which ensures high quality bar ends. This process is better than cutting and avoids secondary damage to the insulation material.

Vacuum stirring casting process

The IR pouring busway system introduces continuous casting and process design process of vacuum stirring technology for continuous metering, uniform mixing and degassing of epoxy resin, with precise and reliable process flow and simple and convenient control.

Installation steps

Step 1.Elements and conductor ends should line up correctly. The distance between the conductor ends may be adjusted between 32-40mm,allowing compensation of building tolerances. Slide the monobloc between the conductor end and adjust accordingly. The resulting type code enables the product to be ordered to be precisely defined.

Step 2.Tighten the monobloc bolt unit the shear of the outer head.(80-84Nm).

Step 3.Apply demolding agent thinly on inner mould surface, fit mould over junction. Pour resin and hardener in empty bucket and mix for 5 minutes.

Step 4.Pour mix immediately into mould until completely field up to rim. Smoothen top surface with putty knife. Remove mould after 6-12h.
