Nantong West Station is a railroad station under the control of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Company Limited, which is the intersection station of Shanghai-Suzhou-Tongzhou Railway, Yantong High-speed Railway and Tongsu-Jiaxing-Ningbo High-speed Railway.On February 12, 2019, the construction of Nantong West Station commenced; and on July 1, 2020, the station was put into use with the commissioning of the section of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Tongzhou Railway from Zhaodian to Huangdu. As of June 2020, the construction area of Nantong West Station is 51,980 square meters, and the scale of the station is 4 platforms and 8 lines.
