Chengdu Yanlord Riverside Bay Project is a high-end international community demonstration project built by Singapore Yanlord Group in Chengdu. The planned land area is about 120,000 square meters, and the building scale is nearly 400,000 square meters, including about 1,800 sets of finely decorated residences and 10,000 square meters of high-end international clubhouse and supporting facilities, in addition, there are about 3,900 underground supporting parking spaces.
